Famous Yellow Cone Speaker
The KRK RP6 monitors use the famous yellow cone custom woofer combined with soft dome tweeter and curved baffle design which has been adopted to reduced diffraction and improve forward sound imaging. The Yellow cone is a custom designed glass aramid composite designed to reduce cone weight but keep speaker strength high to control the sound at higher volume levels.
Wide Range Of Inputs
KRK have given the RP6 a wide range of connection options to try and suit every instance. Balanced 3 pin XLR is the dominant connection but this is supplemented with other connection options including RCA (unbalanced) and a balanced 1/4 inch jack input. Balanced inputs offer the best quality signal level for the best response from the powerful 100Watt bi-amplified system.
